The food was of poor quality and quantity, it was served cold, a waiter for every 5 tables and the bottle that was left for each table was never placed... it is not recommended.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and spacious, plus it has its own parking lot. We had lots of fun.

Very bad, apart from the fact that they did not want to give me the complete menus. The lady (Angélica) said that she had organized everything when it was not like that because I had things that were very separate, they stole bottles, sweets, those who went to see the room the day of my event, they ate what was on my table of sweets, photos were taken with the photo booth that I had and Mrs. Angelica and her DJ broke down a bubble machine that I had, very bad attention from the waiters, apart from the fact that I threw the food to my guests they did not give them the drinks that they asked, etc... Then Mrs. Angelica disappeared and blocked me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The hygiene in the bathrooms is terrible, if you are going to hire a place where your family, friends and other guests are going to be 7 or 8 hours, this point is important, they are not cleaned continuously despite the fact that people come and go, LO WORSE!! There was no soap, you go to the bathroom, you go to eat and without washing your hands???? In the midst of a pandemic, where should there be inspection visits for hygiene measures and without soap????? Lousy. Another point is that at one table there were 8 relatives and at another 9 relatives, we asked for 3 extra places in the table of 9 people and they refused and did not agree in any way, due to "healthy distance measures" (they forgot that in the bathroom there was soap?) They said that the bathroom was none of their business and if our need for soap was so great, we washed ourselves with the dish soap in the kitchen, which had a lot of chlorine to disinfect us well. The men's restroom was very dirty and only one toilet worked and no one came to clean it. Other points were, it has parking, the garden is pleasant, the food was delicious and the waiters were attentive. Although they did not want to serve the cake and did not offer the bottles of wine that the bride and groom themselves brought, I do not know why here.
