Excellent place, I celebrate my birthday and I have attended several events there. As host or guest the attention of all the staff is excellent, the food of very good quality and abundant, the facilities and the furniture in magnificent state, in general I recommend it widely.

Terrible experience from start to finish. So much so that we prefer not to hold our event as long as it is not a disaster. We hired the garden for our wedding and from the beginning we felt that the attention they gave us was mediocre but we decided to ignore that detail because the price they gave us allowed us to spend on other things, that was a serious mistake on our part because we would have ended up spending more in total even if the garden didn't cost that much (although I wouldn't say it's cheap either). Why would we have spent more? Because they force you to use their suppliers or they charge you more and their suppliers are a MOCK, they have terrible quality in everything: desserts, inflatables, decoration so obviously we were not going to hire them, which generated an extra charge and they also asked us A PLANT OF LIGHT because its facilities are so improvised that they are not adapted to be a true event garden. Even our suppliers told us that when an event venue asks for that it is because it is not well done and they have an electrical system for the house. The next problem was that they did not know how to solve anything for us. What's more, they didn't even remember our names or the date of the event. We feared (and from what I read in other opinions, it has happened) that they would give our date to someone else because of how little they remembered our event. They even put "Christian wedding" in our contract when we don't profess that religion, where did that come from? No idea. It was very desperate to want to discuss something about the wedding and first have to remind them of our names, date of the event, PLACE of the event and then they would tell us "I don't know, I'll check it" and it will take a long time to give us an answer or they won't give it to us absolutely. Finally, when we decided to cancel, we told them about the things that we had not liked about their service and we assumed that maybe they were going to apologize, maybe they were going to try to compensate us in some way or that at least they would be offended if we made them see their mediocrity. . None of the above happened, instead they just said "oh ok, thanks for letting me know" and then proceeded to make balls about what their cancellation process was like. First they told me that WhatsApp was enough and then they asked me for a cancellation letter. After such poor service accompanied by unparalleled cynicism, then they have the nerve to ask for the menu and constantly press us to deliver it. Probably because they want to give our date to some other sucker. Of course, I would not recommend holding a wedding in this garden, but in general I would not recommend holding any type of event either in Jardín Álamos or in any of its other gardens. In any of them you will run into the same cynical and poor quality treatment. The best thing that happened to my wedding was not having it here. I'm even glad I canceled them because I see that they comment that they even ROUGH inside the garden facilities. Really, even for your safety do not hire this place.

It is a good room with a large garden and a fountain, good music with a DJ and they also have a dance floor with lights.
