★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero compartir mi experiencia en el jardín mi evento fue el 25 de enero en cuanto a instalaciones son buenas pero en cuanto a servicio es pésimo empezando x la señora que está encargada en el salón tiene una actitud muy déspota y contesta muy grosero un día antes de mi evento fuimos a dejar cosas q ocupariamos y literal nos corrió del lugar a una hora exacta pero pidiéndolo muy grosero, el cocinero tuvo muchos errores parte de la comida estaba cruda después sirve el pastel y los chilaquiles (tornafiesta) al mismo tiempo, mi pastel contemplado para 200 personas pero yo lleve 50 piezas demás y resulta q todo repartieron y sin consultar
Te piden tu programa para aprovechar el tiempo bien pero no lo cumplen hacen lo q quieren en plena batucada encienden las luces para hacerte terminar tu evento y ni siquiera era hora del término de la fiesta
Los meseros no te sirven lo q pides todo el tiempo hubo equivocaciones en las bebidas y aparte negaban el alcohol a los invitados
Se supone q como papás de la quinceañera éramos responsables del evento y la encargada fue a reclamar cosas a mi hija
Ni la señora encargada ni el cocinero (también encargado) se hicieron responsables de todo lo prometido
En mi evento faltaron muchos invitados y para no desperdiciar los lugares pedí q me hicieran el favor de darles de comer a los músicos y solo les dieron a la mitad de ellos a los demás se la negaron
En cuanto a todo lo sucedido la encargada muy molesta reclama las cosas pero a gritos ni siquiera de buena manera
Consideren mucho al rentar estás instalaciones xq en vez de disfrutar tu evento solo fue reclamos y pleitos con los encargados
Después de tres meses la empresa respondió a mi publicación y la verdad deberían leerla son puras palabras ofendiendo a su "cliente " osea son actitudes q si las tiene el dueño no es raro q las tenga los trabajadores y si es una empresa como es posible q deje a cargo la luz a unas personas desconocidas. Si nosotros decidimos no llevar comida a los músicos fue xq mis invitados fue pura familia y supe con exactitud cuántos faltaron y se cuántos lugares sobraron pero no tienen control en la entrada xq si lo tuvieran no creo q una "empresa " como dicen q son no dejaría q entrarán más de 20 personas y darles servicio sin ningún costo es algo q no creo q ninguna empresa lo haga solo está
Si comentan q estaba alcoholizado en verdad es algo q utilizan para salir de los comentarios malos q les hacen xq por mal servicio de los meseros q no podían servir una copa bien demasiado alcohol sobro, si lo comentan x mi actitud hacia ustedes pues así actuó ante un problema q me afecte y si fuera una empresa normal hubieran parado el evento como lo marca su reglamento xq estaba tan "alcoholizado" como dicen eso es una contradictoria xq ni ustedes cumplen su reglamento (en las horas de servicio ni en la comida ni los horarios q se marcan )
O solo escribieron mentiras ?
Y yo soy la esposa y fui quien escribió la reseña de su jardín y yo no bebo a mí no me puede decir q estaba en estado alcoholizada y se muy bien q paso y también estaba enojada y en ningún momento le falte al respeto
Desgraciadamente hay personas como ustedes q creen solucionar las cosas mintiendo o agrediendo a los demás solo actúan así xq no tienen salida para actuar de otra forma solo hablar de las personas ya cuando no pueden solucionar las cosas pero yo no me rebajare a insultos ni mentiras y ni mucho menos volver a contestar mentiras de la empresa
Solo es de pensar así responde el dueño o encargado, así responden los trabajadores de la misma forma solo es cuestión de pensar en la renta de este jardín

Consider when renting these facilities xq instead of enjoying your event it was only claims and lawsuits with the managers
After three months the company responded to my publication and the truth should be read they are pure words offending their "client" that is, they are attitudes that if the owner has them, it is not uncommon for the workers to have them and if it is a company as possible q leave light to unknown people. If we decided not to bring food to the musicians it was because my guests were pure family and I knew exactly how many were missing and I know how many places were left over but they have no control at the entrance because if they had I don't think that a "company" as they say they are not I would let more than 20 people come in and give them service at no cost is something that I don't think any company does it alone
If they comment that I was really drunk, it is something that they use to get out of the bad comments that they do to them because of the poor service of the waiters, that they could not serve a glass well, too much alcohol, if they comment on it, my attitude towards you, because that is how he acted before a problem that affects me and if it were a normal company they would have stopped the event as their regulation marks it because it was as "alcoholic" as they say that is a contradiction because you do not comply with its regulation (in the hours of service or in the food or the schedules are marked)

And I am the wife and I was the one who wrote the review of her garden and I do not drink, she cannot tell me that she was in an alcoholic state and I know very well what happened and I was also angry and at no time disrespected
Unfortunately there are people like you who believe that they can solve things by lying or attacking others, they only act like this because they have no way out to act in any other way, only to talk about people because they cannot solve things, but I will not lower myself to insults or lies and much less return to answer lies of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es precioso a mis invitados les encantó, la comida es sabrosa, el personal amable y atento todo el tiempo, mi evento fue conforme al tiempo que se estableció con anterioridad, con el encargado jamás hubo problema, es muy amable y accesible, siempre contesta los mensajes y todo el tiempo nos ayudo con la organización, al final del evento me devolvieron todo lo que sobró, comida, bebida, decoraciónes y demas cositas que llevé. Los paquetes que ofrecen están muy completos y se cumple con lo que contratas, aunque un par de puntos malos.
La dueña se invita a tu evento, ni te pregunta solo se pone su mesa en un rincón, el día anterior al evento se fue a decorar y la señora siempre con mala cara.
Con el sabor de la comida no hubo problema pero si con la porción, en la degustación nos dieron una porción de pechuga pollo de tamaño normal pero en el evento era de la mitad de tamaño.
El piso es bastante resbaloso pero con los zapatos adecuados no hay problema
Fuera de eso, lo recomiendo totalmente, las fotos quedan preciosas, como el lugar es amplio los invitados andan a sus anchas.
