★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado no hagan sus eventos ahi, yo hice ahi mi boda, las lonas estaban picadas, se metió toda el agua, las coladreas tapadas, nos lo entregaron con popo de perro, sacaron sus 6 carros y no nos permitían estacionar ni siquiera para que el grupo musical bajara el equipo, ni la banquetera las mesas etc, nos hicieron gastar en planta de luz solo por no dejarnos conectar de la luz directo , una espantosa actitud de roxana . Cuidado porfavor no contraten ahi que es una renta muuuy cara y arruinan tu evento, fue la peor decisión hacer ahi mi evento, todo el tiempo nos hizo caras la dueña de q no le importaba y aparte de todo no tienen permiso de uso de suelo

A una de las coordinadoras, no recuerdo el nombre, le falta tener tacto al dirigirse a los invitados. El DJ no respeta la Play List que le das.
Realmente sí lo recomiendo pero tienen que poner más atención y mejorar en estos puntos.
Fuera de esto es un muy buen lugar para tu evento, el que sea, desde un bautizo hasta una boda.
Puedes elegir hacerlo entre el jardín o en un pequeño salón que tienen en la planta alta, tipo antro. Todo depende del tipo de fiesta que quieras.
La atención y asesoría de Roxane, la Wedding Planner, es excelente. Nunca va a venderte algo que tu no quieras, se apega a lo que tu deseas para tu evento. Por otro lado, si no tienes idea de como quieres tu evento, deja que ella te ayude, tiene buen gusto y mucha experiencia. Todo depende de tu presupuesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una casa donde los dueños tuvieron la brillante idea de rentar el jardín para eventos, y por ende no tiene uso de suelo ni permiso para operar para otra cosa que no sea casa-habitación. Está en medio de otras casas y condominios por lo que el ruído molesta a los vecinos, y la música que tocan, que es la misma siempre, ni siquiera es buena. Después de un evento dejan toda la basura tirada en la banqueta sobre la calle de Nevado (ver fotos). Si rentan el lugar para sus eventos, fomentan la ilegalidad y el daño a la paz y el medio ambiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen permiso de uso de suelo, por lo que los vecinos (con toda razón) te mandan a la patrulla. No te dejas engañar, planea tu evento en otro lugar.
They don't have a land use permit, so the neighbors (quite rightly) send you to the patrol. Don't be fooled, plan your event elsewhere.
