★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice squared park in the center of the city. In the center is a big fountain located. Around the small park are one way roads. In the night the park is not that good illuminated my lamps so that it looks not totally safe. Nevertheless, I felt quite safe around that area.

The mood is great and in this time of year (December) there is a little fair that sells a lot of useful Christmas stuff.
Great to take a look if you are in downtown, but I would not go all the way just to sit in the Garden, there is nothing else there.
