★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuevamente decidí salirme de la ruta habitual para conocer un pueblito llamado San Diego de la Unión, se encuentra cerca de Dolores Hidalgo, en el estado de Guanajuato. La localidad se fundó en 1719 con el nombre de Pueblo de Bizcocho, en referencia a la hacienda del mismo nombre, ubicada en este lugar.
Vale la pena mencionar que en la Parroquia de San Diego del Alcalá se encuentra una reliquia de 1er grado del mismo mártir, llevada directamente de las catacumbas de la Parroquia de Alcalá de Henares, España en 2014, con un solemne evento; la reliquia de este santo es la única en el país. Interesante ¿no les parece?
Again I decided to leave the usual route to meet a little town called San Diego de la Unión, located near Dolores Hidalgo, in the state of Guanajuato. The town was founded in 1719 with the name of Pueblo de Bizcocho, in reference to the hacienda of the same name, located in this place.
