★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca seriedad en la atención ( no le dieron seguimiento a mi trámite) y no cuentan con servicio administrativo, ya que no hay personal que atienda en el horario en el cual según ellos atienden. Tienes que estar agendando citas.
Little seriousness in the attention (they did not follow up on my process) and they do not have an administrative service, since there are no staff to attend during the hours in which they say they attend. You have to be scheduling appointments.
