★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO. Aqui vivo, compre departamento y a cada rato nos quitan ya sea la luz o el agua. Todos los dias de esta semana me han quitado la luz por un minimo de 3 hrs cada dia.
APPALLING. Here I live, buy an apartment and every once in a while they take away either the electricity or the water. Every day this week they have turned off the power for a minimum of 3 hours each day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, pésimo servicio, vivi ahí 2 anos en depa rentado. Gimnasio con equipos sin mantenimiento. Gente fumando dentro de la alberca... diversos problemas. No recomiendo de ninguna manera.
Horrible, lousy service, I lived there for 2 years in a rented apartment. Gym with equipment without maintenance. People smoking in the pool... various problems. I do not recommend in any way.

A favor:
-El complejo es de los pocos en la zona que tienen áreas verdes, si tienes un perro es una comodidad increíble poder sacarlo a pasear a los jardines o dentro de la misma colonia.
-Excelente zona, puedes sin problema salir a caminar, hay policías en a pie y en bicicletas por el camellón de Alfonso Reyes y mucha seguridad privada de todos los complejos.
-Tener el Mode, el Soriana y Via Cordillera caminando es un gran lujo
-Empleados muy amables, todos desde los guardias hasta la gente de mantenimiento! En especial gracias Paulino por su profesionalismo
En contra:
-Tienes que pedir permiso para TODO, invitados, entradas de uber / repartidores, reservaciones, mudanzas, etc. Entiendo que es por control pero para lo que se paga de renta mínimo deberían tener un app o sistema informático para esto.
-El personal administrativo es amable y te resuelve pero a veces hay que ser insistente con lo que se pide. Varias veces tuve que mandar correos más de una vez porque no obtenía respuesta.
-El proceso de devolución del deposito de garantia tomo 2 meses
-Como mencionan otras reseñas, al menos una vez cada 2 semanas se va el internet o la luz o el agua, esto no tiene la culpa el complejo si no la mala planeación del gobierno
-El internet es solo por Izzi y no es de fibra óptica, lo que significa que la velocidad de bajada/subida no es asimétrica
En resumen, es un buen lugar para vivir. La renta puede ser considerada cara pero en mi opinión vale la pena por lo que se recibe

In favor:
-The complex is one of the few in the area that has green areas, if you have a dog it is an incredible comfort to be able to take him for a walk in the gardens or within the neighborhood itself.
-Excellent area, you can easily go for a walk, there are policemen on foot and on bicycles along the Alfonso Reyes median and a lot of private security in all the complexes.
-Having the Mode, the Soriana and Via Cordillera walking is a great luxury

Against:
-You have to ask permission for EVERYTHING, guests, uber / delivery tickets, reservations, removals, etc. I understand that it is by control but for what is paid for the minimum rent they should have an app or computer system for this.
-The administrative staff is friendly and solves you but sometimes you have to be insistent with what is requested. Several times I had to send emails more than once because I did not get a response.
-The process of returning the guarantee deposit took 2 months
-As other reviews mention, at least once every 2 weeks the internet or electricity or water goes out, this is not the fault of the complex if not the bad planning of the government
-The internet is only for Izzi and it is not fiber optic, which means that the download / upload speed is not asymmetric
In short, it is a good place to live. The rent can be considered expensive but in my opinion it is worth it for what you receive
