Lots of great walking, the apartments are all nice, but you’d probably need a car if you wanted to live here in 2021.
They have big plans for stores and all the rest of the things people would need inside a gated community.
If you’re looking for Now (2021) I would look elsewhere.
If you’re looking beyond and longer term I would recommend investing in a place here and waiting for it to pay off.
It’s Playacar back in the day, but will be the in between for those that don’t want to do PDC downtown and don’t want to do Cancun...
