Terrible experience. The place is beautiful, but the day of our visit there was loud music everywhere (mariachi) the place was crowded beyond belief, the staff was overwhelmed. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for some food on the fast food queue, and didn't get anything to eat. We saw one of the cooks cut himself with a knife and was cooking, leaving blood all over the food. This is not a joke nor exaggeration. We left the place absolutely disgusted and lodged a complaint. We were told today was the 8th anniversary of the park and indeed, it was a terrible day to visit. We were offered tickets to visit another day. We hope this was an anomaly, because again, the place is beautiful, but management, food, and the overall ambience ruined what should have been a wonderful, relaxing experience.

Lovely experience, don't underestimate it, is a huge place. Bring a hat and umbrella, the sun could be a fun killer. Also, it's nice this place is pet friendly but I suggest you have more water spots for the dogs.

It was under maintenance so we couldn't see everything, but it was really nice to visit. Water is allowed inside so bring your own. You're gonna need it.

It's a very nice place and very spacious. Also quiet and relaxing. It's totally possible to walk on for despite the size and it's easy to get there by taxi from Puente de Ixtla.

If you like flowers, art and landscaping, then you'll definitely enjoy visiting these gardens. It has a decent restaurant and also a couple of other places where you can sit to grab a drink. It's about 30 minutes south of Cuernavaca. Which could make of it a nice stop along the way to Taxco.

The place is nice, it is very well taken care of and you can see several plants. If you're into such well "groomed" gardens, this is the place for you. The WOW effect were the orchids and the cactuses. Easy to get to. You have to wear masks also outdoors. The buffet restaurant is nice, food is good. Drinks are not included.

The buffet is delicious and not expensive. The gardens are amazing! It's really a nice place to go for a walk and have fun. You can learn about plants, flowers and trees; and the landscapes are marvelous.

Beautiful park and well maintained. The only thing is the cars that drive people around unless you have an older or handicap guest don't pay for is a waste of money. The restaurant wasn't great to busy and should have some one serving instead of everyone opening lids to see what was offered.
