★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la sucursal de Jardines del bosque, en Guadalajara, Jalisco. No puedo creer que voy hacer 5 depósitos y 1 no lo acepten en caja porque es menor $9500. Me mandaron al cajero para realizar el depósito. Muy pobre criterio.
Terrible service at the Jardines del Bosque branch in Guadalajara, Jalisco. I can't believe that I am going to make 5 deposits and 1 will not accept it at the cashier because it is less than $ 9500. They sent me to the cashier to make the deposit. Very poor judgment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE atención , tenemos más de 25 años siendo clientes de BANAMEX, y cada día es peor su trato a sus clientes… más 45 minutos esperando mi turno, con solo 4 personas adelante de mi, viendo cómo llegan nuevos clientes y los pasan rápido porque son clientes preferenciales y a nosotros nos siguen dejando esperando …. El personal de la sucursal contestando de mala manera a los que preguntamos y nos dicen que si queremos así es y debemos esperar nuestro turno que NO SABEN CUABDO NOS PASARÁN o usemos la banca electrónica! ??? Que triste … mañana cierro mis cuentas con ellos.
TERRIBLE attention, we have been clients of BANAMEX for more than 25 years, and every day their treatment of their clients is worse… plus 45 minutes waiting for my turn, with only 4 people in front of me, seeing how new clients arrive and pass them quickly because they are preferential customers and they keep us waiting….
