★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El martes 4 de septiembre se realizó una velación en sus instalaciones, dónde el servicio que se dio, dejo mucho que desear. No nos ayudaron con los tramites, las bebidas se agotaron a la hora de iniciado el servicio sin que nos avisarán, estaba el lugar con falta de aseo, la cafetería no se atendió despues de las 7pm. No se dio apoyo con los tramites ante el registro civil, el espacio de la capilla se vio revasado y no se facilito otro espacio. Hace falta un techo afuera abarcando el espacio de entrada a las capillas para cubrir a las personas. Cambiar las bancas de afuera por qué parecen amacas.
Por favor no demeriten su imagen con este tipo de servicios, ya que es una funeraria de calidad y con este tipo de atención se estan descalificando.
Contraten personal que acompañe el velerio hasta su término, es importante para los dolientes.
On Tuesday, September 4, a vigil was held at its facilities, where the service that was given left much to be desired. They did not help us with the paperwork, the drinks were exhausted at the time the service started without being notified, the place was lacking in cleanliness, the cafeteria was not attended after 7pm. A roof is needed outside encompassing the entrance space to the chapels to cover the people. Change the outside benches because they look like hammocks.
Please do not demerit your image with this type of service, since it is a quality funeral home and with this type of care you are disqualifying yourself.
Hire staff to accompany the sailing until its end, it is important for the mourners.
