★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. El policía que debía abrir la capilla de caracol tenía pésimo trato y cuando por fin la abrieron estaba llena de polvo, se nota que hacía mucho no la limpiaban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bastante amplio, desafortunadamente ya hay tumbas muy abandonadas, te tienes que cuidar de los cristalazos que le puedan dar a tu carro en los estacionamientos, los jardineros independientes ya cobran muy caro queriendo hacer su aguinaldo, es una lástima que estén dejando decaer el panteón.

El único detalle es que el personal, lucra con nuestro dolor, casi todos esperan propina o gratificación extra por un servicio que ya está pagado y si no lo haces te miran mal, ojalá pongan mayor control al respecto
The pantheon is beautiful an excellent place as a last resting place, for our loved ones
The only detail is that the staff, profit from our pain, almost everyone expects a tip or extra gratification for a service that is already paid and if you do not do it they look at you badly, I hope they put more control on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO DAN MANTENIMIENTO A LAS TUMBAS/JARDINES. Se tiene que pagar todo a principios de año y los cargos por retraso son excesivos (pero vale, se paga). Se pone queja tras queja y nadie hace nada. Los jardines en buenas condiciones son los que tienen contratado el servicio de mantenimiento a personas externas.
THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THE GRAVES/GARDENS. You have to pay everything at the beginning of the year and the late fees are excessive (but okay, you pay). Complaint after complaint and no one does anything. The gardens in good condition are those that have contracted the maintenance service to external people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los velatorios están muy bien, limpios y con excelentes instalaciones (baño, elevador, cafetería, florería etc)
Pero el panteón deja mucho que desear ya que solo la parte inferior del mismo está cuidada las partes superiores están muy mal cuidadas parece panteón municipal no particular, con pasto seco o muy crecido lleno de maleza y árboles/arbustos sin podar.
Cuenta con estacionamiento que se cobra y servicios ya antes mencionados arriba; yo me lo pensaría antes de pagar por un lote mal cuidado en verdad y bastante caro aparte.
The wake is very good, clean and with excellent facilities (bathroom, elevator, cafeteria, flower shop etc)
But the pantheon leaves much to be desired since only the lower part of it is cared for, the upper parts are very poorly maintained, it looks like a non-particular municipal pantheon, with dry or very overgrown grass full of weeds and trees without shrubs.
It has parking that is charged and services already mentioned above; I would think about it before paying for a really poorly maintained lot and quite expensive apart.
