Great service, great location and a great little market inside with tasty artisanal offerings.
Everything I’ve had there so far has been excellent but definitely go for the breakfast sandwich.
I wish they had a better seating area but they make it work with what they got. Did I mention that I love their breakfast sandwich?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in the 7 months I’ve lived in CDMX. Also, their market is small but lovely. Great products. Not a lot of seating so keep that in mind when going maybe be prepared to wait a little for a table. It’s worth it.

Yes, JARILLA looks like a little cute and hip coffee shop, perfect for an Instagram worthy weekend brunch. The problem is that food isn't any good, service is rude, and portions are small to the point of being insulting.
If you want to eat the portion of regular breakfast, you'll need to get two different dishes or maybe two of the same (each one, obviously, overpriced).
My French toast order was just a tiny piece of sad brioche (the size of a tapa) that forced me to come to a nearby cafe/bakery called Marcel to get something better. Just look it up in Google Maps.
JARILLA is a joke and doesn't deserve your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here for breakfast. We were on our way to another place and decided to try this instead and it didn’t disappoint. We got Huevos Rancheros and a salmon salad mix, tea and coffee. It was all really good, I especially loved my Japanese tea which is very difficult to make right. It was well prepared and delicious. Yes it’s expensive but the quality of ingredients is in line with the asking price.
