Unas cuadras antes una persona que tenía el uniforme le dijo que la llanta de su auto estaba safándose y que en su local lo podía revisar. Una vez llegando al local le dijeron que no podía meterlo porque "era con cita" y que en la calle lo revisaban. Quisieron incluso sacar la llanta y le querían cobrar mucho dinero. Mi papá no dejó que hicieran nada, lo llevo a la agencia y ahí le dijeron que su auto no tenía nada y que es muy común que los de los talleres hagan eso para sacarle dinero a la gente. No confíen en este lugar.
The people who work there tried to cheat my dad. A few blocks earlier a person in uniform told him that the tire of his car was running and that he could check it in his shop. Once they arrived at the store they told him he could not put it in because "it was by appointment" and that in the street they reviewed it. They even wanted to take out the tire and they wanted to charge a lot of money. My dad did not let them do anything, I took him to the agency and they told him that his car had nothing and that it is very common for those in the workshops to do that to get money from people. Do not trust this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo varias visitas a este taller para reparación y servicio de mis dos camionetas. Los técnicos son muy buenos y hacen muy bien su trabajo y siempre había pagado lo que se había presupuestado.
Hoy llevé mi camioneta a servicio y previa llamada me hicieron un estimado de 3500 pesos. Ya estando en el taller me avisan que van a ser 4700 por el servicio, ya este precio se me hizo elevado pero como sé que son bien hechos lo autorizo cuando me explican todo lo que van a hacer (incluyendo frenos), y cuando paso a recoger la camioneta resulta que fueron 5550. Al pedir la explicacion me dicen que el servicio de frenos se hizo pero que no venia incluido en los 4700 que eso era aparte y fueron 850 pesos más.
Si consideran este taller como opción, tengan cuidado con las cotizaciones. No me había pasado antes que me fueran sacando cosas adicionales o que hicieran cosas extras sin autorizacion y menos que me las cobraran aparte cuando ya estaba en la cotizacion.
I have made several visits to this shop to repair and service my two trucks. The technicians are very good and do their job very well and had always paid what was budgeted for.
Today I took my truck to service and after a call they made me an estimate of 3500 pesos. Once in the workshop they told me that they were going to be 4,700 for the service, and at this price it was high but since I know that they are well done I authorize it when they explain everything they are going to do (including brakes), and when I go to Picking up the truck turns out to be 5550. When asking for the explanation they tell me that the brake service was done but that it was not included in the 4700 that was apart and it was 850 pesos more.
If you consider this workshop as an option, be careful with the quotes. It had not happened to me before that they were taking out additional things or that they did extra things without authorization and less that they charged me separately when I was already in the quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba años llevando mi auto, pero la última vez ME COBRARON servicios que no me hicieron, y ahora es un problema mi reembolso por que no te atienden y esta siendo muy tardado. NO LO RECOMIENDO si lo hacen sean muy específicos por que cobran de más.
I had been driving my car for years, but the last time I was CHARGED for services that they did not do, and now my refund is a problem because they do not attend to you and it is being very late. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it if they do it be very specific because they charge more.
