En general fueron muy amables, pero creo que les falló su logística bastante.
Agende una cita con ellos, supuestamente ya tenían las llantas.
Llegamos, desmontaron las llantas del auto y al final se dieron cuenta que no tenían físicamente las llantas, que estaban en "almacén".
Tuvimos que ir al día siguiente, lo cual no fue nada placentero
We bought some tires from Continental to install at this location.
In general they were very friendly, but I think their logistics failed them quite a bit.
Make an appointment with them, supposedly they already had the tires.
We arrived, they dismantled the tires of the car and in the end they realized that they did not physically have the tires, that they were in "warehouse".
We had to go the next day, which was not pleasant at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontraron mi falla quedo bien y rápido, pero un detalle que no se puede dejar pasar, me cotizaron y cobraron linea GOLD y me pusieron Silver, culpando a la refaccionaria por el error. No se niegan a cambiarmelos, pero a una persona que no sabe así se los dejan.
They found my fault, it was good and fast, but a detail that cannot be missed, they quoted me and charged the GOLD line and gave me Silver, blaming the auto parts store for the error. They do not refuse to change them, but to a person who does not know how they will let them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, me cotizaron unas llantas a un precio y no me quisieron dar la factura en físico, cuando me la mandaron por correo vi que me cobraron $900 sólo de cambio de llantas, es muy elevado el costo.
Definitivamente no volvería
Very bad experience, they quoted me some tires at a price and they did not want to give me the physical invoice, when they sent it to me by mail I saw that they charged me $900 just for changing the tires, the cost is very high.
I definitely wouldn't go back
