Excellent mechanical service very friendly

I went last 04 / Nov for a preventive service that they offer in a package and includes alignment, balancing and revision of brakes. I took my car precisely because I felt like I needed the alignment. To begin with, when the person who attended me arrived, he asked me to pay in cash because "they had no system" and, according to him, he did not want to keep me waiting. I replied that there was no problem because he told me that he would send me an invoice to my WhatsApp no ​​later than Monday (it was Thursday) once the system was ready. They never sent me anything. Moving on, I left my car and about an hour and a half later he calls me to tell me he's ready to pick it up. When I arrive, the mechanic tells me that everything is fine with brakes, suspension, etc. only that the rear wheels are a little crooked but nothing that affects and he tells me that he did not see a problem with the alignment but that he still checked it and that if he continued to feel that the car was leaning, as he already felt, that it was normal and that in a short time it was going to be corrected. Today, a month and a half later, I took my car to the agency for their normal service and they call me to let me know that my car needs an alignment because it is precisely deviated from where I thought. So, for obvious reasons, I suspect that the money I paid for that service went directly elsewhere and that really all they did to my car was give it a spin and put plastic on my steering wheel to make it look like they worked on it. Outside of the question of money, I find what happened most unethical and deplorable. You visit these places because you try to make your vehicle as safe as possible before taking long trips or hitting the road with the family, but I guess these people don't think about it or just don't care.
