★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran servicio en esta sucursal, la del Morelos no tiene el mismo servicio. Agradable la administradora, el encargado de cambiar las llanas fue muy claro en lo que iban a hacer y el porque las llantas viejas estaban así, revisaron la suspensión y hasta descuento me hizo la administradora en la alineación, que la sucursal de Morelos NO incluyó cuando iba a cambiar las 4 llantas!
Great service in this branch, that of Morelos does not have the same service. Nice administrator, the person in charge of changing the plains was very clear in what they were going to do and why the old tires were like that, they reviewed the suspension and even the manager made me a discount in the lineup, which the Morelos branch did NOT include when I was going to change the 4 tires!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan las promociones ademas de que el personal SIEMPRE se deslinda de sus obligaciones al realizar un servicio. En el mes de Diciembre del 2018 compre dos llantas nuevas y me cobraron el paquete de nitrogeno 4 llantas por seis meses ademas de alineacion y balanceo; el dia de hoy 03/05/19 acudo a sucursal Blvd Hidalgo y me dicen que " No me pueden realizar el llenado de las 4 llantas con Nitrogeno ya que solo adquirí 2 llanatas nuevas ademas de que supuestamante acaban de cambiar de gerente..... PESIMA ATENCION. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
They do not respect the promotions besides the fact that the staff ALWAYS disclaims their obligations when performing a service. In the month of December of 2018 I bought two new tires and they charged me the package of nitrogen 4 tires for six months besides aligning and balancing; today 03/05/19 I go to branch Blvd Hidalgo and they tell me that "I can not do the filling of the 4 tires with Nitrogen since I only bought 2 new llanatas besides that supposedly just changed manager ... .. HAPPY ATTENTION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención, rápido, detallado y ofrecen asesoría en relación al mantenimiento del automóvil, así como facilidad para realizar pagos mediante tarjeta de débito o crédito. En caso de requerir facturación, también la emiten sin problema.
Algo que también agradezco es que brindan opciones para el problema del vehículo. Y solicitan autorización para realizar el procedimiento, antes de hacerlo.
Excellent service and attention, fast, detailed and offer advice in relation to car maintenance, as well as ease of making payments by debit or credit card. In case of requiring billing, they also issue it without problem.
Something I also appreciate is that they provide options for the vehicle problem. And they request authorization to perform the procedure, before doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a recoger una camioneta que según ellos está lista y encuato salimos con la camioneta empezó a fallar, solo fueron unos 30 metros cuando empezó la falla y otra vez tuvimos que regresar a dejarla.
We went to pick up a truck that according to them is ready and as soon as we left with the truck it started to fail, it was only about 30 meters when the failure began and again we had to return to drop it off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingrese mi Toyota Yaris 2019 a la afinación, lamentablemente tienen mecánicos inexpertos y dañaron el cuerpo de aceleración... Por una simple afinación ahora te go que pagar mucho más para arreglar mi carro... solo tiene 30mil Km... lamentable y el servicio poco profesional que ofrece sucursal ? ? ? Pésimos los mecánicos que les preguntas que le movieron a algo y dicen que no, cuando en la factura te lo cobraron. NADA RECOMENDABLE
I entered my 2019 Toyota Yaris for tuning, unfortunately they have inexperienced mechanics and they damaged the throttle body... For a simple tuning now you have to pay much more to fix my car... it only has 30,000 Km... unfortunate and the Unprofessional service offered by the branch ? ? ? Terrible mechanics who ask them if they moved something and they say no, when they charged you on the invoice. NOT RECOMMENDED
