 Terrible, neither car nor engine washing when doing the service, they do not inform you what they did or show changed parts.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO A CLIENTES.
Fui a cotizar un par de llantas para mi coche el lunes, me avisan que llegan el miércoles, acordamos el precio y me llaman el miércoles para decirme que mis llantas no llegaron y que si quería las llantas iban a costar 20% más y quien sabe cuándo lleguen, me dicen que yo me invente el precio que me dieron anteriormente y mientras mi coche parado por su informalidad

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went to quote a pair of tires for my car on Monday, they let me know that they will arrive on Wednesday, we agreed on the price and they call me on Wednesday to tell me that my tires did not arrive and that if I wanted the tires they would cost 20% more and who knows when they arrive, they tell me to invent the price they gave me previously and while my car stopped due to its informality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, lleve el pasado martes 13 de julio una infiniti QX60 para que me cotizaran los amortiguadores, estuve el miércoles y jueves pidiendo, que digo pidiendo, rogando, el presupuesto y nunca lo tuvieron ni si quiera se tomaron la molestia de llamarme para decir que no lo harían. Seguro les sobran tanto los clientes que les vale gorro el servicio.
The service is terrible, I took an infiniti QX60 last Tuesday July 13 to get the shock absorbers quoted, I was on Wednesday and Thursday asking, what do I say asking, begging, the budget and they never had it or even took the trouble to call me to say they wouldn't. Surely they have so many customers that the service is worth a cap.
