El detalle técnico que siempre les pasa, que en esta ocasión llegó a poner en riesgo a mi familia fue el NO tener el cuidado de apretar los birlos a su torque específico.... Que fue lo que sucedió?? Tuvimos que cambiar una llanta en carretera, lo cual puede ser un detalle sencillo de 15 minutos, lamentablemente no fue así..... En meses pasados les compramos un set nuevo de llantas para la camioneta a familiar, instaladas y todo... Pero apretaron los birlos con impacto con tal presión que nos fue imposible aflojarlos... Es obvio que no tienen, no saben que No deben de ir tan apretados... Literal.. La herramienta original del carro fue insuficiente, incluso parados en la palanca se pudieron aflojar... Tuvimos que esperar asistencia en carretera casi una hora para poder cambia la llanta... Expuestos a filo de carretera con niños pequeños.... Por este motivo debo recomendar a los administrativos que tengan el cuidado y supervision en ese tema que no parece, pero si es de suma importancia.... Lamentablemente..... Viviendo en Mexico, se que No van hacer nada.... Pero debo exponerlo de esta forma para que los posibles clientes que quieran llevar su auto aquí, tengan la precaucion de estar ahí para supervisar ese detalle.. O bien buscar otras opciones.... De mi parte, No creo regresar a este negocio.

Living in Mexico, I know that they will not do anything .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que la semana pasada llevé mi carro a alinear Y estos inútiles por no decir una palabra altisonante me dejaron las rótulas flojas lo que derivó a que se me saliera una llanta por fortuna iba a muy baja velocidad y no me pasa absolutamente nada lo cual voy con el encargado le reclamo con mi factura Y el Señor me dice que simplemente no pueden hacer nada que no le movieron a nada cuando la lleve hacer alineación y obviamente le tienen que mover para alinearlo pero bueno ya de los males el menor que se hagan responsables de sus actos pues no amigos ni siquiera eso no fueron buenos ni siquiera para devolverme malditos $250 que me costó la alineación y mucho menos el daño que le ocasionó a mi vehículo
