They never answered me, I called several days ?? to ask for information.

Client for 35 years during several administrations, I visited them Thursday and Friday with two of my cars but on Friday I had the worst experience that, gathering every year, I would not summarize this single day. Make an appointment and validate the availability of some tires and when I arrive I get that they were sold and they offer me an option for which I would pay 250 for each one, I ask to remove the vehicle to find another option and the person in charge tells me not to worry and they absorb the difference and start dismantling the tires, 45 minutes I see the car in the same place and ask what happens and they comment that they do not have tires of the measure, I look again for the person in charge and he tells me that he personally goes from one game to another branch office. They sold the ones I had set aside, they lied to me that they would absorb their mistake with another type of tires that in theory they did not have either, in 2 hours that I was waiting they did not come out to attend, I asked better they will mount the tires that I brought and I withdraw from the place, to bad luck and because of my bad mood at that moment I didn't realize they didn't put the stud protectors in place. What a terrible experience and the worst is its Call Center, area for suggestions and contact with customers who after 5 days there was no response.

Very good service. Main characteristics honesty. Very well made at an excellent price. Oil changes, linings, shock absorbers, tires, alignment, balancing, spark plugs, brake adjustment. I have had very good experiences with these services on nissan march 16, versa 15, and sentra 05.
