Founded in 1958 in Fairfield, NJ, Jason Industrial quickly gained a solid reputation as a go to source for both industrial hose and power transmission belts. Products, supported by reliable stocks and knowledgeable customer care quickly enabled Jason to become well recognized as a solid partner to distributors across the States. In subsequent decades, Jason expanded its successful Fairfield business model across the US opening distribution centers in Carol Stream, IL; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR. Outside of the US, expansion took place in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Peru.
In 2007, Jason Industrial was acquired by Megadyne and became part of the Megadyne group. In 2018, the Megadyne Group joined with Ammeraal Beltech to create AMMEGA. Today, Jason Industrial is the Hose Division of AMMEGA serving North, Central and South America offering a wide range of both industrial and hydraulic hose, couplings, equipment and accessories. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé ni como empezar a describir el desmadre que están teniendo en está empresa, ahora para solicitar un cotización, se debe mandar un correo que te pueden contestar en alrededor de 3 a 5 días hábiles, después hay que mandar una orden de compra y las bandas las entregaran en alrededor de 6 a 8 SEMANAS!!!. QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO CON ESOS TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA??? ??? Además ahora informan que no es Jason de México quién surte la banda, entonces, Para que tanta triangulación y alargamiento de los tiempos de entrega!!! En lugar de hacer más ágil el proceso de compra, lo están llenando de burocracia. Es decepcionante que cada vez es peor la experiencia de compra.
I don't even know how to begin to describe the chaos that they are having in this company, now to request a quote, you must send an email that they can answer you in about 3 to 5 business days, then you have to send a purchase order and the bands will deliver them in about 6 to 8 WEEKS!!!. WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THOSE DELIVERY TIMES??? ??? Also now they report that it is not Jason from Mexico who supplies the band, so why so much triangulation and lengthening of delivery times!!! Instead of making the purchase process more agile, they are filling it with bureaucracy. It is disappointing that the shopping experience is getting worse and worse.
