★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la comida estuvimos 2 horas esperando nos sirvieran cuando por fin lo hicieron todo frío y eso solo sirvieron la mitad del servicio ..nos asignaron un lugar en el q no había luz xq sus focos estaban fundidos ..llevábamos niños y pedimos encendieran la tv para entretenerlos mientras servían y no sirve la tv . Pedimos café y súper frío nos tuvimos que turnar una cuchara para endulzar 6 órdenes de café para servir un te y una rebanada de pastel se tardaron una hora y media ..entramos 18 personas y la mitad tuvo q salir a cenar a otro lado...en resumen pésimo servicio no volveré y menos recomendaré...cero estrellas
 Terrible service the food we were 2 hours waiting to be served when finally they made it all cold and that was only half the service ... they assigned us a place where there was no light because their lights were burned out ... we had children and asked to turn on the tv to entertain them while they served and tv does not serve. We ordered coffee and super cold we had to take turns sweetening 6 orders of coffee to serve a tea and a slice of cake it took an hour and a half ... 18 people entered and half had to go out to dinner elsewhere .. .in summary terrible service I will not return and less will recommend ... zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio creo que se olvidan que estás ahí. No te traen lo que hay en la carta y muy lentos. Bueno lo que le sigue y nunca cambian y eso que es pequeño el lugar. La gente que trabaja ahí no está capacitada para atender tan buen lugar. Tache.
Terrible service I think they forget you are there. They do not bring you what is in the letter and very slowly. Well what follows and they never change and that the place is small. The people who work there are not trained to serve such a good place. Cross out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tardan en atender y al final no tienen lo que ordenaste. Lento y poco gente en cocina.
Terrible service. They take time to attend and in the end they do not have what you ordered. Slow and few people in the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar icónico en Pachuca. Vale la pena visitarlo en días festivos y disfrutar de la decoración. Es genial el ambiente en 14 de febrero y Navidad. Se los recomiendo para un café o bebida en compañía de amigos o la pareja.
Las bebidas y los postres, geniales.
Pero, no pidan comida, es terrible y las porciones para morirse de hambre.
Iconic place in Pachuca. It is worth visiting on holidays and enjoying the decoration. The atmosphere is great on February 14 and Christmas. I recommend them for a coffee or drink in the company of friends or your partner.
Drinks and desserts, great.
But, don't order food, it's terrible and the portions to starve yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardaron 1hr y media en servir un pie de queso... Y el mismo tiempo tardaron en decirnos que "no tenían jamón para los sandwiches" que habíamos pedido. Les reclama uno y se molestan... Que "solo son dos empleados"... pero ¿más de una hora para partir un pie? En fin... No lo recomiendo

The coffee is tasty, the variety of cappuccinos is excellent and the atmosphere is the best to talk very comfortably. I give it a 9/10

En noviembre y diciembre está decorado (halloween y navidad)
Muy recomendable.
Excellent place for dinner or just to have a coffee and talk.
In November and December it is decorated (Halloween and Christmas)
