Terrible service, when you call only a recorder answers you, and after 5 minutes an operator answers you, just to send you to another recording.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llamas a "servico a clientes", contesta una grabación y se corta la llamada. En Querétaro no dan más informes porque dicen que solo son de ventas. Lo mismo que todas, ya te vendieron, ya te fregaste, nadie más te va a ayudar.
Terrible service. You call "customer service", a recording answers and the call is cut off. In Querétaro they do not give more reports because they say they are only for sales. The same as all of them, they already sold you, you screwed up, no one else is going to help you.
