★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con Javier y Eva con el auténtico propósito de contratarlos y que organizarán mi gran día. Después de la primera junta me ilusionaron y quedaron de mandarme las cotizaciones. Fue enormemente decepcionante que jamás me pelaron después, lo peor es que llamaba para saber que pasaba y en vez de tener profesionalismo y decirme que no les interesaba yo como cliente, prefirieron darme largas y mentirme diciendo cosas como que "Javier se había enfermado y que estaba en el hospital, pero que seguían emocionados por trabajar en mi boda...Que les diera más y más tiempo" blablablabla.
Son unos infelices, me hicieron perder tiempo muuuy valioso. Una boda es un dīa importante y mucha inversión económica y emocional como para que estos seudo wedding planers estén jugando contigo y se hagan hasta los enfermos para justificar su falta de profesionalismo.
I went with Javier and Eva with the real purpose of hiring them and they will organize my big day. After the first meeting they excited me and they left to send me quotes. It was enormously disappointing that they never peeled me afterwards, the worst thing was that I called to find out what happened and instead of having professionalism and telling me that I was not interested as a client, they preferred to give me a long time and lie telling me things like "Javier had gotten sick and I was in the hospital, but they were still excited to work at my wedding ... That would give them more and more time "blablablabla.
They are unhappy, they made me lose time sooo valuable. A wedding is an important day and a lot of economic and emotional investment so that these pseudo wedding planers are playing with you and are made up to the sick to justify their lack of professionalism.
