★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocean breeze makes me feel fine:) Highlight of our trip was stretching and meditating on the palapa overlooking the ocean as the wind touched our skin. Hana is knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease whether you have a regular yoga practice or are more of a newbee. Nice intimate experience. Great place to get away from it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually go to yoga classes or retreats, but I’m so glad we got to experience Jaya Hana! We did yin yoga, which was new to me. Hana explained what we were working on and the importance of each stretch. I could feel my body opening up with each movement.
The setting and location cannot be more ideal for yoga or meditation. It’s right on a pristine beach, and the sounds, smell, taste, and sight of the sea compliment the yoga session. When Hana says “listen to the waves, imagine your thoughts float away and let them go”, you can almost do that literally.
We are very grateful for the experience, and it was the highlight of our trip to Mexico! I highly recommend Jaya Hana even for beginners in yoga like me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I already reviewed Jayahana once, after I first visited last April, so I will write my second review here. After a busy Autumn and Holiday Season, I was ready to relax, so I made plans to return to Jayahana in Playa del Secreto.
The place is Paradise and the hosts are two of the most delightful people I have met. It feels like going to my family's beach house, except that it is a mansion on the blue blue Caribbean. I filled the days with invigorating exercise, like paddling in the sea kayak and running on the beach, and of course the relaxing and therapeutic yoga. On this trip I also got to know some of the other guests, a fun bunch with whom I took day trips to Tulum and Cenote dos Ojos.
I intend to return again, although I don't yet know when. I hope my next Jayahana experience will be in the French Riviera, and I still plan to bring the boys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hana is an amazing and passionate yoga instructor! I truly enjoyed taking several classes with her and I can say with certainty that she truly changed my perspective on yoga. During the sessions you connect body with soul and opens your eyes on different perspectives!
I would keep on going to the sessions if I would live in riviera Maya! Hope to come back soon and take another session with Hana by the sea under the moonlight
