★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un Rodillo PR8 usado, me convenció el precio y la garantía de que no me iba a fallar en un buen rato, pero a los dos dias una polea se trono y lo destapamos para cambiarla y nos percatamos que traía varios detalles, los cuales surgen por falta de mantenimiento. Baleros tronados, flechas con juego y desgaste, cuñeros volados etc.
Pedí ayuda al vendedor David, pero su respuesta fue “No estoy autorizado a dar soporte a pequeños”
Me encuentro en el mismo giro de la maquinaria y me apena que no den el mismo servicio y atención a todos sus clientes por igual.

I am in the same turn of the machinery and I am sorry that they do not give the same service and attention to all their clients equally.
