★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Joaquin Garcia from JC Bienes Raíces if you are planning to purchase a home or a vacation dream home. My wife and I visited Veracruz for the first time and we decided to purchase a retirement home. We spoke with other agents when we were in Veracruz but didn’t feel comfortable. Sadly we left ( back hone to California) feeling let down and then my wife came across JC Bienes Raíces and I spoke with Joaquin through WhatsApp and he agreed to send me pictures and information about homes for sale in the area. I told him that I wanted new construction with 24hr security and amenities such as a pool, club house and gym. He sent me listings and he took the time to visit the properties and to give me and my wife a virtual tour (we live in California) , and it was nice to see the level of commitment and professionalism in helping us to find our home. I’m happy to say that on 11/1/2021 , I personally met Joaquin and I signed the title papers (escrituras) and I received the keys to our new home.
He is professional, honest and committed to helping you to find your dream home. Thank you Joaquin.
