★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No suelo escribir reseñas pero me gustaría reconocer el buen servicio para las uñas. Súper rápido y muy bonito diseño por parte de Ceci. Muy paciente y atenta. El lugar es muy bonito y los precios son bastantes accesibles.
Pronto llevaré a mi mamá para ponerse pestañas. Recomendable al 1000%
I don't usually write reviews but would like to acknowledge good nail service. Super fast and very nice design by Ceci. Very patient and attentive. The place is very nice and the prices are quite affordable.
Soon I will take my mom to put on eyelashes. Recommended at 1000%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empecé agendando una cita, escribí para confirmar y no obtuve respuesta. Le escribo a la chica en Facebook que me quedé esperando y no recibí respuesta. Me dice que para compensar el error me regalaba el gelish y me vuelve a dar cita. Voy y me gusta al momento el trabajo, me comenta que el gelish que me regalaría es en los pies pero que lo agendabamos para otro día porque no tenía tiempo de colocarlo en ese momento. Me pide que agendemos la cita, al siguiente día en la mañana se me cayó la pedrería de las uñas, le escribo y me dice que me lo vuelve a poner y yo le comento que lo haga el día de la cita pero quería que estuviera enterada. El día acordado le escribo para confirmar y me dice que no está en su casa pero que no creía tardar. No me escribió y al siguiente día le hago la observación que no me parece que por el precio toda la decoración se caiga en unas horas, le pido que me arregle las uñas y que no tengo intención en qué me regale el gelish en los pies, entonces me llamó más de 10 veces, yo no podía atender la llamada y leo un mensaje en el que dice que pase cualquier día por la devolución del dinero. Voy al estudio y sale una señora bastante molesta y grosera que nada tenía que ver porque era un trato que la chica del negocio ofreció y el cual considero justo porque el trabajo no es de calidad. La chica no salió y le escribí para comentarle lo que había pasado. Pero opté por perder el pago porque es bastante grosera, no quiso aceptar que el trabajo está mal hecho, no me quiso arreglar las uñas y todavía se puso a insultarme por mensaje. Me comenta que me dolió pagar porque tengo necesidad del dinero y mi respuesta es no, no me duele pagar cuando algo vale la pena, aquí el problema es que el trabajo fue una porquería, en cuesión de horas se cayó la decoración y en dos días el gelish ya se estaba descarapelando

I go to the studio and a rather annoying and rude lady comes out who had nothing to do with it because it was a deal that the girl from the store offered and which I consider fair because the work is not of quality. But I chose to lose the payment because she is quite rude, she did not want to accept that the work is poorly done, she did not want to do my nails and she still started insulting me by text.
