Bueno pedí un cambio ya que no es de calidad y me lo rechazan haciendo una reparación de un anillo caro de mala calidad NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ES una lotería ya que hasta ahora me gustaron sus productos ahora reniego de ellos mi publicidad ahora va a ser pésima por que sus servicios son pésimos Ya me encargaré yo de que todo mi alrededor deje de comprar en esta franquicia mi experiencia fue en dos mares San Javier Murcia. Me dieron una pequeña capacitación sobre los diamantes para poder entender mejor que era lo que estaba comprando. Sin duda una experiencia muy bonita de principio a fin. Mi novia estuvo feliz con el anillo. Dijo que si! Muchas gracias a JD Joyeros sin duda los voy a recomendar con todos mis conocidos.
