Siempre me lo entregaron con más desperfectos, rayones, mala instalación en piezas, mala pintura, sin las letras del modelo del auto, llevo 3 meses tratando de que se me entregué bien mi auto. Terrible service, they have delivered my car 10 times with details always and it has been wasted time between dropping it off and picking it up. They always delivered it to me with more damage, scratches, poor installation of parts, bad paint, without the car's model letters, I've been trying for 3 months to get my car delivered right.

Lo que si reconozco es que tuve buena atención de la persona que me atendió. I work with little professionalism. They do not make sure to deliver your vehicle in perfect condition. I will re-enter it because the job is not well done. What I do admit is that I had good care from the person who attended me.
L	Leonardo Marquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte de mi seguro qualitas fui enviado a este taller ya que era el único disponible y me entregaron pésimo mi vehículo con faltan te de tornillos y los q le pusieron le pusieron punta de broca, pintaron la cámara de reversa, focos de luz de placa etc. me entregaron quebradas partes que no traía, me dejaron suelta la defensa que acababan de instalar y todo sucio lleno de polvo del bondo se los regrese, al volver por el seguía con muchas inperfecciones y por la falta que me hacia opte por recibirlo ASI QUE POR EXPERIENCIA PROPIA NO VAYAN A ESTE TALLER SI NO QUIEREN BATALLAR On the part of my qualitas insurance, I was sent to this workshop since it was the only one available and they gave me a terrible vehicle with missing screws and those who put it put a drill point, painted the reverse camera, plate light bulbs etc. They gave me broken parts that I did not bring, they left me the defense that they had just installed loose and all dirty full of dust from the bondo I returned them, when I returned through it I continued with many imperfections and due to the lack that made me choose to receive it SO BY OWN EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO THIS WORKSHOP IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BATTLE

Fuera de que el trabajo duró más de dos semanas en ser terminado, fue un trabajo de muy poca calidad. La pintura de mala calidad, partículas se quedaron adheridas a la puerta, salpicones hasta dentro del carro, molduras plásticas de despegaron al poco tiempo y la puerta quedó mal colocada. Debido a que me urgía tener mi carro de vuelta tuve que aceptar el carro tal y como me lo entregaron. Espero y puedan mejorar su servicio para que sea un trabajo más profesional. I was sent by insurance to this workshop as my only option. Outside of the fact that the job took more than two weeks to finish, it was a very poor quality job. Poor quality paint, particles stuck to the door, spatters even inside the car, plastic moldings peeled off after a short time and the door was misplaced. Because I was urgent to have my car back, I had to accept the car as it was delivered. I hope and can improve your service to make it a more professional job.
M	Marco Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuvieron nuestro auto mas de tres meses, su argumento fue que "les llegaron bisagras equivicadas para una puerta" y luego que no les llegaban, ante eso, pusimos una queja en la aseguradora Qualitas, ofrecieron apurarse , pero aun asi tardaron otras 4 semanas, no se comunicaban y cuando nosotros hablábamos se molestaban. No recomendamos este taller, sugerimos que pidan otras alternativas a su aseguradora. Terrible service, they had our car for more than three months, their argument was that "they received the wrong hinges for a door" and then that they did not arrive, before that, we filed a complaint with the Qualitas insurance company, they offered to hurry up, but even so they took others 4 weeks, they didn't communicate and when we talked they got upset.
