Sin dar ninguna explicación y casi pierdo el vuelo con 3 niños. A eso sumarle 3 cambios de hotel. No se engalen todas las reseñas son falsas de gente comprada pir ellos. Llevo 6 meses esperando mi devolución de lo que gaste en traslados y nada. Don un desastre y tengo muchos testimonios más que ya los han demandado They are a disaster, they left me stranded at the airport, then on the way back they did the same at the hotel. Without giving any explanation and I almost missed the flight with 3 children. To that add 3 hotel changes. Don't be fooled all the reviews are fake from people bought by them. Hasta la fecha no tengo reservacion con el pretexto q en mi identidad figuro como casada y yo compré paquete de soltera, hasta la fecha me siguen llamando agencias de Cancún con los mismos hoteles y les pregunto si hay algún inconveniente con mi estado civil y la respuesta es NO aparte de tener precios más Bajos. Debido a que me informan que el hotel no les da respuesta sobre mi reservación les pido una foto del requerimiento y me lo niegan . me llaman para decirme que probaran con otro hotel pero que tengo que pagar más dinero. Así comienza mi viaje que es este mes , con jealtravel. Una pesadilla On August 7, I bought a vacation package for my mother, my daughter and I. They offered me a 5-star hotel. No se cumplió con lo ofrecido,pues cuando quisimos hacer uso del paquete nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad en hoteles en Cancún y nos ofrecieron 2 en Playa, y entre no tener nada aceptamos, sin embargo, no nos arrepentimos pues el resort todo incluidol en Playacar fue espectacular. Luego el hotel en plan Europeo también fue bastante sencillo pero a una cuadra de Quinta Avenida, fue maravillosa nuestra estadía. La comunicación es prácticamente nula y explican muy mal la personas al otro lado del whatsapp., no hay paciencia y aveces te tratan con faltas de respeto. Al igual que muchos tenía mucho temor que nos hubiesen estafado, sin embargo, tuvimos nuestras vacaciones y lo pasamos genial.
