★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambian los precios constantemente, a mi me dieron diferentes presupuestos ( con dos mil pesos de diferencia entre una semana) y a fuerza quieren que compres sus tratamientos. No hay opciones de barra de bebidas y la atención deja mucho que desear
Prices change constantly, they gave me different budgets (with two thousand pesos of difference between a week) and by force they want you to buy their treatments. There are no drink bar options and the attention leaves a lot to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (28 Abr'21) Pésimo servicio! Les recomiendo NO dejar su cabello en manos de este salón. El SERVICIO de cabello que recibí fue realmente MALO. Me atendió el estilista Jorge, quién supuestamente es el mejor profesional en el salón. Sin embargo, su trabajo en mi cabello fue PÉSIMO. Lo dañó severamente. El salón tiene renombre y sus precios lo reflejan. Pero, en definitiva su PERSONAL en esta sucursal NO está A LA ALTURA de ello.
----> (27 May'21) NOTA: Levanté mi queja con el personal administrativo, quienes se responsabilizaron y me ofrecieron un crédito en el salón por el costo de lo que había pagado por el servicio de color. Lamentablemente esto no soluciona el daño en mi cabello, pero agradezco que hayan dado atención a mi queja. Ojalá le den seguimiento a su personal del salón. <----
(28 Apr'21) Terrible service! I recommend that you DO NOT leave your hair in the hands of this salon. The hair SERVICE I received was really BAD. I was attended by the stylist Jorge, who is supposedly the best professional in the salon. However, his work on my hair was AWFUL. He severely damaged it. The salon is renowned and its prices reflect it. But, ultimately your STAFF at this branch is NOT UP TO IT.
----> (May 27'21) NOTE: I raised my complaint with the administrative staff, who took responsibility and offered me a credit in the salon for the cost of what I had paid for the color service. Unfortunately this does not fix the damage to my hair, but I appreciate that you have addressed my complaint. Hopefully you will follow up with your salon staff. <----

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this salon!! Especially they took all 3 of us for hairdoooos ! At the last minute as we had a wedding ?to go to! And not only is the service top notch but the salon is well designed and very fresh and up to date!! They surely know how to pamper you here !! I’m coming back for sure !
