Te vende la tarjeta PACIENTE SANO si consultar, los descuentos son ficticios porque nunca aplica en tu hoja de pago, esto paso en la sucursal de peñon ojala hagan algo los dueños @jenner porque no tendría caso plantear las inconformidades como la venta de una tarjeta PACIENTE SANO sin propia autorización del paciente.

No tienen criterio de atencion, si vas a dejar muestras de EGO, olvidalo, se te caducan mientras esperas en la fila, si la vas a tomar en el momento que estas ahi, tu salud corre riesgo por aguantar la espera a que te atiendan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal déspota y aparte te hace adquirir la membresía integrando el costo de esta en tus estudios. y para variar no saben si pueden entregarte los resultados en tiempo y forma , por que según todo es por sistema y ellos no pueden asegurar que este libere los resultados en el mismo día .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo fui a pedir informes sobre un estudio y la señorita que me atendió en recepción super grosera y no me dio bien los informes. Ya un familiar me había dicho que fue y eran muy groseros, pero aún así yo iba a acudir a realizarme mi estudio, pero definitivamente hay otras opciones más económicas y en donde te tratan mucho mejor. No lo recomiendo para nada.

A relative had already told me that it was and they were very rude, but even so I was going to go to have my study done, but there are definitely other cheaper options where they treat you much better. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde el guardia de seguridad hasta los doctores. La tipa que es la recepcionista Beatriz Galicia es un asco como ser humano, cero empatica y sumamente grosera.
No tienen control ni organización para ir atendiendo a los pacientes, no hay protocolos de seguridad o sana distancia.
Lamentable que un laboratorio así tenga personal tan nefasto, ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto, sus precios no son baratos, por lo menos que brinden buena atención.
Terrible service, from the security guard to the doctors. The girl who is the receptionist Beatriz Galicia is disgusting as a human being, zero empathy and extremely rude.
They do not have control or organization to attend to patients, there are no security protocols or healthy distance.
It is unfortunate that such a laboratory has such disastrous personnel, I hope they take action on the matter, their prices are not cheap, at least they provide good care.
