★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesto...la atención en ventanilla es regular pero el problema es que les escribe uno el nombre y los datos y te dicen que en media hora mandan los resultados y llevo cinco horas esperando y me mandan cuatro correos estúpidos pidiéndome corroborar mi correo electrónico trato de hacerlo y no se puede acceder a la página eso es una burla y una falta de respeto para los pacientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me atendió una mujer con nombre de Gloria Lopez, fui la última persona en atender y me puso varios pretextos para no atenderme porque ya se quiera ir, pero yo no pongo los horarios del laboratorio, lo más delicado que esta persona NO cumple con la iso 9001, ya que su captura de orden la realizó de manera incorrecta para la toma de muestra de antígeno tanto para mi hija como para mi esposo, se le hizo notar este error el cual consistía en mal escritura del correo Electrónico y el apellido de mi hija, aun así, dejó todo el registro mal, y como consecuencia a mi esposo no le llegó el correo de confirmación de correo para enviar notificación de los resultados, por supuesto a mi hija tampoco. Una de sus políticas es entregar el resultado de esta prueba en media hora, mi prueba fue tomada a las 16:30 hrs aproximadamente del 07 enero 2022 y son las 01:28 hrs y no están disponibles dichos resultados.
