★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en Cd. Azteca, tardaron en pasar a mi papá más de una hora para una prueba de sangre. Nisiquiera había gente y los trabajadores solo dicen ahorita lo pasamos y la atención es pésima. Muy molesta con sus servicios.
En Eduardo Molina es lo mismo.
Decidí cambiar de laboratorios.

Me piden un folio que me debieron haber dado por teléfono y sino, es más caro. DEJEN DE CONTRATAR GENTE que no es capaz de dar un folio, es lo único que hacen contestar teléfonos y ni para eso sirven. huevones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está en buenas condiciones buena ubicación,hay acceso para sillas de ruedas,poca gente,el personal médico muy amable,la chica de recepción algo seca pero bien,medidas de higiene bien,gel, limpieza,uso de cubreboca,te dan turno y lo respetan,lo malo es q cuando hablás por teléfono tardas exageradamente para que encuentres la información pq primero debes chutarte todo su rollo y si tienes suerte te aclaran tu duda,yo mejor fui personalmente,de ahí en fuera es recomendable, recomiendo

Ahora la señora de Limpieza está en Caja comiendo, el Joven de mostrador le es más importante sacar copias que atender a la fila de 10 personas y solo hasta que alguien molesto les reclama por los 20 min por paciente para cobrar un estudio (imagínate si eres el turno 5 , estarás más de hora y media solo para pagar, pedir informes o recoger estudios) se decide a sentarse a atender.
40 min para que te reciban una muestra.
Y si llegas a las 7 (hora que abren) te toman tu muestra después de las 8...

Para mí estudio de orina la recepcionista no entrega recipiente manda con el de toma de muestra y esto para que el de toma de muestra cuestione si uno está seguro de la primera orina del día en forma insistente , informando que no había depósito para muestra de orina, pero veía si tenía alguno de pura suerte y los tiempos de espera casi una hora tuve que levantarme a preguntar porque tardan tanto éramos los únicos en la sala de espera?
Se pagó mí estudio lo único que pido buen servicio y si es toma de orina entreguen el recipiente sin que uno ponga la cara de tonto, esto debe venir incluído en el pago de el estudio referido. Antes no me pidieron el tuvo de la sangre!!!
