★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de ventanillas, mala actitud y no dan toda la información previamente e indispensable para realizar los estudios y recogerlos (asumen que lo sabemos todo), traduciéndose en una doble ida y pérdida de tiempo. Unos dicen una cosa y otros otra. Hacen esperar demasiado y cierran antes del horario establecido.
Poor service at the windows, bad attitude and they do not give all the information previously and essential to carry out the studies and collect them (they assume that we know everything), resulting in a double trip and waste of time. Es tan dificil utilizar un ventanilla para entrega y otra para toma? Es tan dificil pensar? Prefieren tener gente afuera con riesgo de contagio
