Bajé 2.9 kg de los cuales 1.5 fueron de grasa, aunque la báscula de mi casa dice que bajé menos, definitivamente siento que empiece a bajar desde está primer semana. No me siento a dieta, la comida está muy rica, para mí personalmente es fabuloso no tener que preocuparme por preparar nada, te dan los paquetes de comida congelada por día y un día antes lo bajas al refrigerador y simplemente lo calientas para comer. Hay algunas cosas que no te dan y tienes que hacer despensa, como por ejemplo fruta y lácteos. Definitivamente la prueba de fuego será ver el avance en los meses siguientes, haré otra reseña con el resultado final.
It's only been a week so this initial review will be based on my first impressions. I lost 2.9 kg of which 1.5 were fat, although the scale of my house says that I lost less, I definitely feel that it starts to go down from this first week. I do not feel dieting, the food is very rich, for me personally it is fabulous not to have to worry about preparing anything, they give you packages of frozen food per day and the day before you lower it to the refrigerator and simply heat it to eat. There are some things that they do not give you and you have to do pantry, such as fruit and dairy. Definitely the test of fire will be to see the progress in the following months, I will make another review with the final result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han acompañado casi un año en mi propósito de bajar de peso y voy con muy Buenos resultados, no solo la comida es rica y en la cantidad adecuada, tambien las consultas y acompañamiento han servido para educarme como comer sano y en porciones adecuadas el fin de semana que era todo un reto. Gracias!!!!
