★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable y acogedor para una comida rápida en Forum, el personal es amable, desde un inicio te indican que primero uno debe ordenar antes de tomar asiento, el mismo personal te lleva la comida a la mesa del local, está decorado muy bien y tiene musica agradable, los precios son justos y las porciones de los platillos están bastante llenadoras, todo Ramen incluye una bebida lo cual se me hizo bastante bueno
 The place is nice and cozy for a quick meal in Forum, the staff is friendly, from the beginning they tell you that you must first order before taking a seat, the same staff brings the food to the local table, it is decorated very well and it has nice music, the prices are fair and the portions of the dishes are quite filling, all Ramen includes a drink which was quite good for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico ramen, para mi gusto es el mejor que he encontrado en Culiacán. Hay que hacer cola y ordenar, y tienes que correr con suerte para encontrar mesa adentro pero vale la pena.
Very tasty ramen, for my taste it is the best I have found in Culiacán. You have to queue and order, and you have to run on luck to find a table inside but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor ramen que he probado. El caldo está desabrido, la pasta esta sobre cocida, la carne no tiene saber (como si estuviera congelada de meses), el té está peor que los de polvo.
Lo único que calidad son los popotes.
Recomendaciones buenas de ramen: CLAN TANIYAMA, para que prueben lo es realmente un ramen y con ingredientes de calidad. Otra opción RAMEN & CHILL.
This is the worst ramen I've ever had. The broth is bland, the pasta is overcooked, the meat has no taste (as if it had been frozen for months), the tea is worse than the powdered ones.
The only quality is the straws.
Good ramen recommendations: CLAN TANIYAMA, so you can try what a ramen really is and with quality ingredients. Another option RAMEN & CHILL.

Por parte del staff todo fue bueno, pero en cuanto a comida la verdad no es gran cosa, por mi parte pedí el Naruto y para el precio deja que desear el sabor, el té que dan con el ramen igual deja que desear, se notaba muy rebajado el sabor.
The service was fast, they kindly told us that it was first to order and then sit down, at the time I went it was full so we had to wait. On the part of the staff everything was good, but in terms of food the truth is not a big deal, for my part I ordered the Naruto and for the price the flavor leaves something to be desired, the tea they give with the ramen leaves something to be desired, it was noticeable very low flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor del ramen y las porciones están ok. No son el mejor de Culiacán pero está rico.
Sin embargo como ya comentaron en otra opinión, el trato de los meseros deja muchísimo qué desear. Cuando llegamos a sentarnos una mesera corrió hacia nosotras y de muy mal modo nos dijo que "no se podían apartar mesas" y que teníamos que ordenar primero. No queríamos apartar nada, ni siquiera era la única mesa vacía pero ok. Ordenamos, hay poca variedad y muy caro todo. Nos sirvieron antes que a los comensales de la mesa de al lado que habían llegado primero, y cuando preguntaron por su comida el mesero muy odiosamente les dijo "les dijeron que 15 minutos, ¿no? Todavía no pasan" uff me dicen eso y me paro y me voy.
El boba tea está básico, se supone que era frappé pero estaba completamente líquido, la tapioca dura y chiclosa, no vale los 80 pesos ni de broma.
En pocas palabras, no regreso jamás.
The flavor of the ramen and the portions are ok. They are not the best in Culiacán but it is delicious.
However, as already commented in another opinion, the treatment of the waiters leaves a lot to be desired. When we got to sit down, a waitress ran over to us and told us in a very bad way that "tables could not be set aside" and that we had to order first. We didn't want to put anything aside, it wasn't even the only empty table but ok. We ordered, there is little variety and everything is very expensive. They served us before the diners at the next table who had arrived first, and when they asked about their food the waiter very obnoxiously told them "they told you 15 minutes, right? They still haven't passed" uff tell me that and me I stop and go.
The boba tea is basic, it was supposed to be frappé but it was completely liquid, the tapioca hard and chewy, not worth 80 pesos or kidding.
In short, I never return.
