★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me dejaron entrar con mi enfermo, que solo podía subir al consultorio una persona, pero cuando me llamaron para pagar la consulta entonces si podía pasar, y todas las persona las dejaban pasar con su enfermo.
They did not let me in with my patient, who could only go up to the office with one person, but when they called me to pay for the consultation then if I could pass, and all the people allowed them to pass with their patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente no hay para donde hacerse aquí en este hospital te inventan tratamientos para tu enfermo de urgencias sin que necesariamente los requieran jugando con lo más valioso que tenemos que es la vida, aquí solo eres signo de pesos y uno sin saber quiere con desesperación salvar la vida de tu ser amado. En un hospital del imsss no te atienden y te dejan morir. Qué pasa con la humanidad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene instalaciones viejas y feas, los baños están super mugrosos a pesar de la pandemia, el personal de enfermería debería estar en constante capacitación para canalizar pacientes , ya q m hice un pet y m dieron 3 punciones en lugares muy dolorosos
Y pues deben de tener la habilidad para canalizar a los pacientes q llegamos a esa área ya q la mayoría somos pacientes con enfermedades crónicas y ya nos duele demasiado q nos piquen ( en especial los de oncologia con quimioterapia). La atención del medico radiologo y de mas personal bien. Pero en la actualidad creo q pagamos por ubicación del lugar. Ya q por ser un hospital privado deberían de tener mejores instalaciones y personal capacitado....

Me explica súper bien y es el único que a acertó con mi casó por lo cuál ya de volvió mi Dr de cabecera y el de mi familia.
Revisa a detalle todos mis síntomas y no sólo lo que me molesta ni todo contra reloj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy me dieron de alta, me hicieron una cirugía en el Centro Dalinde torre ginecología. Desde la admisión recibimos un muy buen trato, te dan un kit de bienvenida y cortesia de desayuno y estacionamiento. Las enfermeras en urgencias que te preparan pre operatorios, fueron cálidas y muy amables. Después en quirófano los enfermeros y camilleros muy atentos, por último siempre tuve un trato oportuno, cálido y constante en piso. Yo había leído los comentarios aquí así que tenía mis reservas con el lugar. Pero afortunadamente mi experiencia solo fue de atención profesional, calida, con protocolos para COVID, con atención hacia mi acompañante que se quedó conmigo y las instalaciones fueron super cómodas y bonitas. No tuvimos ningún problema en la cuenta o factura, el proceso de alta fue rápido y sin contratiempos. Felicidades!
Today I was discharged, I had surgery at the Dalinde gynecology tower center. From admission we receive a very good treatment, they give you a welcome kit and courtesy of breakfast and parking. The nurses in the emergency room who prepare you preoperatively, were warm and very friendly. After in the operating room, the very attentive nurses and orderlies, finally I always had a timely, warm and constant treatment on the floor. I had read the reviews here so I had my reservations with the place. But fortunately my experience was only one of professional, warm attention, with protocols for COVID, with attention to my companion who stayed with me and the facilities were super comfortable and beautiful. We did not have any problems with the account or invoice, the registration process was quick and smooth. Congratulations!

En plena PANDEMIA tienen a una sola persona para admisión y 5 pacientes esperando, solo para poder luego ser atendidos en sus respectivos estudios. Qué manera de generar burocracia y perder el tiempo. Cómo siempre salgo con pésimo sabor de boca de este lugar.
Terrible hospital, terrible care and control. In the middle of PANDEMIC they have a single person for admission and 5 patients waiting, only to be able to later be treated in their respective studies. What a way to create bureaucracy and waste time. How I always leave this place with a bad taste in my mouth.
