★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando que es una aerolínea de bajo costo, fue una agradable sorpresa.
Viajamos MEX-JFK-MEX y no tuvimos problemas para documentarnos, abordar y francamente sorprendidos de viajar en asientos más cómodos y con mayor espacio para las piernas, que muchas otras líneas aéreas de prestigio.
Nuestros vuelos salieron puntuales y no tuvimos problemas en la entrega y recepción de nuestros equipajes.
Considering that it is a low cost airline, it was a pleasant surprise.
We traveled MEX-JFK-MEX and we had no problems documenting, boarding and frankly surprised to travel in more comfortable seats and with more legroom than many other prestigious airlines.
Our flights left on time and we had no problems in the delivery and reception of our luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante mala y pésimo servicio, pase una horrible experiencia en un vuelo de conexión que tuve en Diciembre pasado del JFK a Orlando, estuve más de 7 hrs varada según porque el avión en el que nos tocó tenía una falla mecánica. Después de algunas horas nos hicieron volver a subir al mismo avión más sin embargo tuvimos que regresar al aeropuerto por un supuesto mal clima que no habia!!! Es increíble la falta de profesionalismo y seguridad que tuvieron ese día, todos estábamos indignadisimos y por si fuera poco perdieron mi maleta y robaron cosas de ella. Les recomiendo nunca utilizar esta aerolínea!!!
Pretty bad and lousy service, I had a horrible experience on a connecting flight that I had last December from JFK to Orlando, I was more than 7 hours stranded depending on why the plane we touched had a mechanical failure. After a few hours they made us get back on the same plane more however we had to return to the airport for a supposed bad weather that was not there !!! It is incredible the lack of professionalism and security they had that day, we were all outrageous and as if that were not enough they lost my suitcase and stole things from it. I recommend you never use this airline !!!
