★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. Easy pickup, even easier drop off. Don’t have to worry about the staff here trying to make you pay for damages you didn’t cause. They did a super quick inspection then gave me a ride to the hotel I was going to be staying at.

A suggestion, make the reservation online and choose the basic insurance, because by default it is marked full insurance. In this way you can save some money and you are still insured

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Cancun last month and had a great experience with this car rental place. I traveled with my wife and children. We doubted because other rental companies show a price on the web and another in the office, but these guys are legal. The cars are not new, but you can see that they have very little use. The service is excellent, very attentive and helpful. I saved the receipts to rent with them again on my next trip to Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting with this company was a good experience. I decided to try this local company because a friend had already recommended it to me. The process with them is very fast, they transfer you free of charge from the airport to their offices, about 10 minutes away. Then the car inspection, sign the contract and that's it.
The employees are very helpful. The return to the airport, on time, they are pending of all the details. I heartily recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the service. In previous experiences with other agencies, the reality is far from what they offer on their web pages. However, Jet Car Rental is the exception.
I received an almost new car, the same one that I reserved on the website. Also, they didn't surprise me with hidden taxes or extra charges, as often happens when you rent a car in Cancun. In this case, I paid the same amount that appears on the reservation voucher.
I am grateful to have discovered this company. The staff is very serious and professional, they take their work seriously.
