Lamentablemente no resolvieron el problema, tuve que pedir una devolución y esto fue un proceso bastante tedioso e informal.

After trying them on, at the counter card in hand, ready to pay & with no prior warning they tell me that to be eligible to buy the pair I also had to buy $5000mxn worth of instore merchandise... the pair was $3600mxn.

Después de probármelos, en el mostrador tarjeta en mano listo para pagar me dicen que para ser elegible para comprar el par también tenía que comprar $5000mxn en mercancía de la tienda... el par costaba $3600mxn.
