★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tips para primerizos como yo :
*El lugar se encuentra justo pasando los puestitos de alado de auditorio en un estacionamiento grande que tiene letrero de $100
*Hay filas para cada horario hay que preguntar para que horario es y si es ejecutivo u ordinario
*Reserva con tiempo, al menos una hora antes que si se agotan los lugares.
*Abordan casi 10 mins antes
*Si vas en ejecutivo y no te importa no ir en la ventana con que llegues 5 mins antes esta bien y te ahorras el tiempo de fila, en cuanto al ordinario si no te importa ir parado es lo mismo :)
*El tiempo de viaje depende del horario en que salgas y el camión que tomes, aprox 1 hr o más
*Si eres nuevo pasame tu numero y te doy un código de descuento para primerizos(a mi me lo pasaron y me hizo paro)
*Si ya se te fueron todos los camiones otra opción más económica y a veces igual de rápida es waze Carpool,( yo hago de los 2) .
Tips for first timers like me:
* The place is located just past the auditorium winged doors in a large parking lot that has a $ 100 sign
* There are lines for each schedule you have to ask what time it is and if it is executive or ordinary
* Book early, at least one hour before the places run out.
* Approach almost 10 mins before
* If you go on an executive and do not mind not going in the window with which you arrive 5 mins before it is fine and you save the time in line, as for the ordinary if you do not mind going standing is the same :)
* Travel time depends on the time you leave and the truck you take, approx 1 hr or more
* If you are new, give me your number and I give you a discount code for first timers (they passed it to me and stopped me)
* If all the trucks were gone, another cheaper option and sometimes just as fast is waze Carpool, (I do both).

Conductores poco capacitados a comparación de otros servicios que además de ofrecer un servicio mucho más económico que jetty es más cómodo ,eh de mencionar que se meten a carriles confinados sobre todo reforma , llegan super tarde al punto de ascenso y nunca te mantienen al tanto en soporte . Intentas contactar con ellos y jamás te dan respuesta , aparte de que se meten a carriles confinados , no llegan nunca al punto de encuentro y soporte nunca te da solución ,no te devuelven el monto de tu viaje apesar de que el conductor tardo casi una hora en llegar y nunca me informaron porque hasta que me marche del punto de ascenso por la larga espera . Ya casi llegando a mi destino por otro medio me llega un mensaje de ( lamentamos el inconveniente , el conductor va tarde). Nunca más instalare esta app. No la recomiendo.

Lo único que les pido es que abran más canales de comunicación y más eficientes cuando los usuarios contemos con dudas, ya que a veces se tardan en contestar por chat. Servicio 100% recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo lo tomo en Mundo E a las 7:15 de la mañana , el servicio es excelente,el conductor es amable. Pero existe una chica en particular que todo el tiempo se la pasa platicando súper alto con otro muchacho,con los pies descalzos y criticando al chofer , me parece increíble que no tomen cartas en el asunto o le prohiban a esa mujer subir . Altera terriblemente el orden , se la pasa criticando a espaldas , el servicio es muy bueno ,pero es pésimo como permiten que pisoteen a los choferes así y siguen permitiendo que usuarios tan patéticamente nefastos sigan abordando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los conductores son muy amables y casi en su mayoría manejan muy prudentemente. El problema está cuando requieres de ayuda y contactas a soporte, no responden lo que preguntas, te dan excusas que son mentira y simplemente cuando ya no tienen respuesta, pues simplemente dejan de responder el chat, me pasó hoy con Martha. Sus políticas de penalidad son muy estrictas, pero no lo son cuando llegan 30 minutos tarde, ni una disculpa siquiera. La verdad es que hay otros servicios de transporte y me parece que son más profesionales. Muy mal el servicio de Jetty.
The drivers are very friendly and almost mostly drive very cautiously. The problem is when you need help and contact support, they do not answer what you ask, they give you excuses that are a lie and simply when they no longer have an answer, they simply stop responding to the chat, it happened to me today with Martha.
