We went with her to explain to the owners and they offered to let her pick something else....when she expressed that she really only wanted a refund, they were more than willing to refund the cost back to her credit card. It took 17 days but they told us to be patient and sure enough, she received her full refund yesterday.

The history of production and extraction of stones was told in great detail. Good store and loyal prices !! I will advise acquaintances!
