Quedó bien la PC pero no tienen el approaching con el cliente. We sent to clean a PC that had a problem, it did not send a video signal, they were given cleaning service but they changed the power source without warning and they charged us more than estimated. The PC was fine but they do not have the approach with the client.

Terrible customer service, they do not deliver the work in a timely manner, they charged me 2 thousand for fixing a cell phone with more outdated parts than the Calvins from the flea market.

D	Diego Antonio Guerrero Barrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO CONFORME CON EL SERVICIO, llevé mi nintendo switch por calentamiento y joysticks que no recargan en la consola, el detalle fue que cuando lo llevé quedaron en que serían 50 pesos por el diagnóstico y que me marcarían al día siguiente para determinar que procedería con la reparación, no me marcaron ningún día y tuve que estar llamando yo, a los 3 días ya le habían dado mantenimiento sin mi consentimiento y no quedó reparada la cuestión de los controles, de haberme notificado antes lo llevaba a otro lugar para reparación completa. EN GENERAL NO RECOMENDADO. NOT ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE, I took my nintendo switch for heating and joysticks that do not recharge in the console, the detail was that when I took it they agreed that it would be 50 pesos for the diagnosis and that they would call me the next day to determine what would proceed with the repair, they did not mark any day and I had to be calling myself, after 3 days they had already given maintenance without my consent and the issue of the controls was not repaired, if they had notified me before, they would take it to another place for complete repair.
