C	Celine Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel pudiera ser bonito, creo que llegamos en momento poco apropiado, están remodelando alguna parte del hotel lo que hace verse sucio, de la habitación muy bien, la cama super cómoda, cubre las espectativas, la alberca tiene el agua muy turbia, no se antoja meterse. En el club de playa fue la peor experiencia, no nos permitieron usar los camastros porque estaban reservados para los turistas extranjeros de los cruceros y además nos pedían un consumo mínimo del restaurante, porque dicen que no conocen el hotel de donde nos mandan. El personal de la recepción es muy atento y estuvieron dispuestos a solucionar nuestros problemas. Gracias y traten de solucionar esos detalles pronto para que sigan adelante. Llegamos y no había luz, el agua de la alberca estaba enlamada, las puertas no cerraban, no había agua caliente, uno de los frigobares no servían, las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre, en las almohadas había cucarachas,etc.... En fin, si gustan pasarla bien, les recomiendo buscar lugares que por el mismo precio obtienes muuuucho más. Por cierto, no confíen en las fotos de Internet o booking.com son tomadas de un ángulo favorecedor para el lugar. Terrible experience! And the staff (including the owner) disregard everything. El único problema fue la falta de agua pero fue resuelto, el personal es muy amable y se esmeran por tener todo muy limpio. Mahahual es un lugar increíble, es un pueblo chiquito pero hermoso y este hotel queda a diez o quince minutos caminando, tiene cerca tiendas, panadería, cafetería y un lugar para comer donde se desayuna o cena rico a buen precio. En general un servicio y precio justo. Gracias JHotel! Good place to rest, clean and in a very safe place. Bedsheets had hair, suspicious stains and a drop of blood. Bathroom has no door or any kind of separation from the rest of the room. The one star is because they refunded our money, at least. Look elsewhere.
