★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He pasado varias veces a solicitar el servicio, pero es pésimo, faltan los empleados, llegan tarde o salen dentro del horario y tienes que estar esperando largo tiempo. Quien dejan de encargado no sabe ni qué onda. Dejan números de contacto que no funcionan. Lo malo es que es la única tintorería en su tipo en kilómetros a la redonda.
I have come several times to request the service, but it is lousy, there are no employees, they are late or they leave on time and you have to wait a long time. Those who leave the manager do not even know what is up. They leave contact numbers that don't work. The downside is that it is the only dry cleaner of its kind for miles around.

SI CUENTAN con atención y cumplen promesa de servicio pero, establecer horario de COMIDA Y compartirlo, puede evitar inconformidades o evaluaciónes deficientes.
I understand the need to eat BUT 18 minutes I waited; I also made time in my lunch hour to pick up clothes. Leaving contact number could work. IF THEY HAVE attention and fulfill the promise of service, but establishing a MEAL schedule AND sharing it, you can avoid disagreements or deficient evaluations.
