Además de tener un pésimo servicio en WhatsApp, les pedí una factura hace un mes y jamás me la mandaron, ni me respondieron. Pretendía comprar más pero su servicio deja mucho que desear.
I bought here on one occasion for shipping and they did not tell me that the shipping was more expensive at home and they charged me $ 400 more than reported. In addition to having a terrible service on WhatsApp, I asked them for an invoice a month ago and they never sent it to me, nor did they respond to me. I would give it 5 stars ? but I am still disappointed I have not been with the Purifier for 2 months and the stopcocks for filling are already failing, as well as the shower to wash the Carafones is already broken
