★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención al cliente. Precios razonables. Tiempos de entrega un poco morosos, le prometían a mi jefa reparación de una impresora en 10 días, porque la tenían que mandar a HP. Fuimos la Plaza de la Electrónica y quedó en dos horas y por un costo del 25% del precio original que le cobraban a mi jefa. La impresora la arreglo un técnico, quien por cierto, nos comentó que todas impresoras sufrían de esa falla, como una talla de fábrica, para cobrar servicio de mantenimiento a equipos que venden. Le creo y no me cae de extraño, ya sabemos cómo son los fabricantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para llevar tu laptop a reparar, me cambiaron una memoria RAM de 4GB por una de 2GB, les reclamé y no quisieron hacerse responsables y no me devolvieron mi memoria. Es una rabia y coraje enorme que te hagan este tipo de cosas ya que uno deposita la confianza en ellos y te salen con que te cambian piezas, y quién sabe si me habrán cambiado o quitado más componentes internos por qué cuando lleve mi laptop prendía (aunque no se veia la pantalla) y despuése que la recogí, ni eso, en la revisión la descomponen mas y cambian piezas. Y no lo estoy confundiendo con otra empresa, son los están en misterios 558, colonia industrial, GAM. Jios System. De verdad si quieren cuidar su equipo, NO LO LLEVEN A ESTE LUGAR!!! Abusados.
Terrible place to take your laptop to repair, they changed a 4GB RAM memory for a 2GB one, I complained to them and they did not want to be held responsible and they did not give me my memory back. It is an enormous rage and courage that they do this kind of thing to you since you place your trust in them and they come out with that they change parts, and who knows if they have changed or removed more internal components because when I took my laptop it would turn on ( although the screen was not seen) and after I picked it up, not even that, in the review they break it down more and change parts. And I am not confusing it with another company, they are the are in mysteries 558, industrial colony, GAM. Jios System. If you really want to take care of your equipment, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE !!! Abused.

Sin embargo, no son claros con el presupuesto inicial y al final cobran servicios que en teoría ya estaban incluidos como el respaldo de la información.
Adicional, no cumplen con las fechas de entrega estimadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me los recomendaron, lleve una impresora y no pudieron conseguir la pieza. Luego les lleve mi macbook por una falla en el teclado, me cotizaron alrededor de $1800 en 3 a 4 dias. Cuando deje la compu me dieron precio de $2100 el teclado copia y $3800 original, decidi por el original que tenia mas tiempo de garantía, se tardaron cerca de 15 dias en entregarme. (Ellos no hacen el trabajo, lo llevan a otro lado) Cuando la recibi tenia una falla en una tecla, la lleve a garantía y les hice saber que al ser herramienta de trabajo no podía esperar retrasos como el que tuvieron cuando la repararon, desde ahí se molestaron y me echaban en cara el exigir los tiempos que ELLOS mismos definían. Después de días, me entregaron la compu, el teclado quedo bien. Pero después de unos días empece a ver una falla en el desempeño de la batería, entro al menú y dice “Reparar Bateria” la compu tiene apenas tres años. Si no quieren que les roben piezas a sus equipos, no lleven a reparar aquí.
